My Girlfriend and HIMYM

You know that frustrating feeling of wanting you and your Girlfriend/Boyfriend to click on a show that you love so much?

Well thats how I feel with her and How I Met Your Mother. I am in-love with this show and this has been one of the shows that has made a big impact in my life. And I wanted so much for her to like it and be into it as well. I mean seriously? The people who don't like this show are the people who never actually watched it. And honestly, I feel extremely sorry for those who have been deprived of the awesomeness that is HIMYM. This show is just AWESOME!

Usually when HIMYM was on, Boo would just text or talk on the phone or sometimes look blankly at the screen and I know for a fact that she's not actually watching. One time she even asked me to change what I was watching because she thought it was 'boring'. I mean really, Boo? That hurt! Haha

So enihu, I've been watching re-runs from season 1 for about a week now and I'm up to season 7. Here comes yesterday at lunch when I was watching, I noticed that she was staring at the screen and I'm there wondering if she was actually really watching. Then I heard her comment about Barney asking if he was a womanizer and how could that be when he was ugly, again Boo, OUCH! But aside from that comment towards Barney, I felt so happy! I couldn't believe she was actually paying attention to the show!

Fast forward, she watched everything from mid-season 7 to mid-season 8. She stayed up until 5-ish am just watching it! At one point I couldn't even talk to her because she was so focused on the show! I was ecstatic the-whole-fvcking-time!!! She paused during potty breaks, she paused to get food, when she had to talk to me and missed a minute or two of the show she would rewind to the part she missed! I mean, that was me! Thats how I was when I started! What really got me was when she laughed at their punch lines, she knew the characters and when there was a 'moment' on the show she would take a peek at me to see if I was gonna cry. She knows! Haha She was paying attention! YEY!!!! This was the dream! Me and her loving HIMYM. :)

Thank you for FINALLY noticing this show Boo! Iloveyousomuch and you made me so happy! Season 1 when you wake up, alright? HAHAHA
